It has a marvellous location in the mountains. It's short walk to Close to NOS for events, San Bernardino, CA, and shopping locations.

Attractive & fairly quiet room, extreamly good coffee and a whirlpool in there. Great and unbeatable location for our visit to San Bernardino Golf Club relatively close to the hotel. Located in a quiet area, close to expressway.

When we visit San Bernardino, like staying here. The rooms are brilliant and attractive and complete with tub and shower, as for instance. The employees are exceptional and pleasant. Particularly good and unbeatable location in the mountains, the hotel is close to expressway.

The location of the hotel was perfect, up in the mountains. We ate in the Red Lobster restaurant, delicious food with top-notch service.

Spotless room with tub as expected. With a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. Good and perfect location at a moderate distance from Sb Raceway Indoor Karting. And very close to shopping mall, shopping centers and the center of San Bernandino.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Riverside, California, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping facilities, and the freeway. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. Guests can enjoy delicious dinner options at the restaurant downstairs. Free parking is available for added convenience.

The guest services could be improved, as one guest experienced issues with accessing the spa and faced miscommunication from the front desk staff regarding their room availability.

The minute we checked in the Front Desk staff was so helpful. We hadn't eaten all day and she printed directions to a local restarant and the hotel restarant was not open. Later in the day there was another staff member and he was just as helpful. The room and hotel were so clean and beatiful I would go again in a heartbeat. We also used the fitness room and the business wifi - all important. Keep up the great work.

I would love a continental breakfast at no charge - we have stayed at other Hiltons that offer this so that was a suprise. We ended up at Starbucks so we could get a muffin and juice instead of the $10 breakfast offered at Hilton.

I liked the room with 2 beds, the bed was very comfy. Also, location was favourable and perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Sb Raceway Indoor Karting. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very nice area.

The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The room was above-average, very fresh and very clean.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in San Bernardino for a business trip. The hotel's convenient location near the freeways made it easy for us to navigate the city. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available nearby. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. One standout feature was the coffee pod machine in our room, which offered a great selection of coffees and teas. Parking was included with our stay, which was a nice bonus. Lastly, the staff members we interacted with, including Karina at check-in, were all professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was upgraded from suite to larger suite.

It was a bit confusing trying to figure the system for ordering breakfast. Not a major issue.

Attended a concert at the San Manuel Amphitheater and stayed at Hilton Garden. Wonderful bartender who introduced me to cotton candy vodka. Comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. High-quality mini-market with fair prices. Clean hotel with a welcoming lobby. Fantastic staff at the breakfast bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
